Although I’ve worked out for many years, after a couple of sports-related knee injuries and multiple knee surgeries I was experiencing daily knee pain. When I met Phil I cautioned him that I had some limitations since many lower body exercises really aggravated my knees, especially squats. He listened carefully as he assessed my overall health and abilities.
After working with Phil for only a few weeks, I felt stronger and the knee pain had greatly diminished. Now, I have no knee pain and I’m able to do squats!
Phil not only knows how to create safe personalized workouts, but he keeps it interesting. Each workout is different and designed for new challenges. Every exercise optimizes effectiveness by engaging multiple muscle groups. If you tell him you have an ache or pain, he immediately pinpoints the problem and introduces an exercise or a stretch that alleviates it.
